Usage of Raspberry Ketone:

GB 2760-96 specifies the flavorants that are permitted for use. Mainly used to prepare raspberry, grape, strawberry and other flavors.

It is used to prepare food flavors, has a flavor-enhancing effect, and can also be used in cosmetics and soap flavors.

Raspberry ketone is mostly used to prepare fruit flavors such as pineapple, peach, strawberry and plum. The amount used in chewing gum is 40-320 mg/kg; 54 mg/kg in baked food; 44 mg/kg in candy; 34 mg/kg in cold drink; 16 mg/kg in soft drink; 5.0-50 mg/kg in pudding.

It is widely used in strawberry, raspberry, pineapple, peach and other food flavors, and is usually used as a flavoring agent in fruity flavors. It can be used in the formulation of jasmine, gardenia, and tuberose in daily fragrance. As a modifier, it is applied to floral fragrances such as jasmine, hazelnut and tuberose.
